Concept
For customers who have not used cardboard display stands, we will listen carefully to their display requirements. According to their ideas, combined with the actual, we will draw several feasible display options for their reference.
Prototype
After the customer confirmed the renderings, our structural design engineers will draw the cutter mould according to the 3D layout and produce a complete white sample. At the same time, we will test the white sample to check if it's durable enough.
Production
Each FSDU, gift box and packaging box will be printed, surface laminated, mounted, die-cut, glued, quality checked and packed. We strictly follow the GMI colour managements system and our factory execute the 6S management standard to make sure each order finished in time and of high quality.
Installation
Some customers prefer to send the products to directly pack into FSDU to save labor cost. We usually need to use filling stuffs to protect the products from being damaged, and V-boards and shoruds to pack the FSDU so that they can be stacked well into the container.
